Heads Up Foundation Inc., is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing support for at-risk youth.

The mission of Heads Up Foundation inc., is to offer educational support and promote community awareness to families in Inglewood and surrounding areas, with a focus on at-risk youth. Through partnerships with other local organizations, restaurants, and schools, Heads Up's goal is always to “reach back and help someone.”

We’re proud to share some exciting news:

Heads Up FOundation inc., HAS been selected by senator laura richardson as the 2025 ca nonprofit of the year for the 35th state district.

we’re so honored to be included among 100 other nonprofits in california recognized for making a difference in our communities.

Each year we strive to help as many students and families as possible through outreach, mentorship, and fundraising events. Our team consists of volunteers & professionals from the community dedicated to enhancing the abilities of our at-risk youth and young adults.

Help Someone

Your sponsorship and donations go directly back into the community, including providing less fortunate families and students with school supplies and scholarships, clothing, food, and essential items and joy during the holidays.

HEADS UP FOUNDATION INC.

Heads Up Foundation INC., provides direct support to youth and families in Inglewood and South Los Angeles at several events per year, as well as empowering them to pay kindness forward through community service and healing.

Food and Meal Distributions
Holiday Toy Drive
Collaborative Events with Local Businesses

Donations, both monetary and in-kind, are accepted all year round. If you’d like to buy tickets or sponsor any of our events, please see our events page.
